Office Administrator

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Administrator Assistant

Responsibilities

    • Perform general office administrative duties including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
    • You will play a vital role in supporting our Business Development Manager (BDM) by handling various sales support and office administration tasks.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our product range and customer needs
    • Prepare quotes for customers and maintain accurate records in the system
    • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
    • Providing administrative support for meetings, e.g., meeting and greeting visitors, arranging meeting room.
    • The Office Administrator will be expected to perform additional tasks.

    Skills and Experience:

        • Previous experience in office administration / b2b administration
        • Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
        • Positive and flexible approach to work, with a solution-focused mindset.
        • Experience using CRM or accounting software.

      Benefits:

        • Competitive hourly rate £11.44 Per hour.
        • Maximum 40 hours per week.
