We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Administrator Assistant
Responsibilities
- Perform general office administrative duties including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- You will play a vital role in supporting our Business Development Manager (BDM) by handling various sales support and office administration tasks.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product range and customer needs
- Prepare quotes for customers and maintain accurate records in the system
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Providing administrative support for meetings, e.g., meeting and greeting visitors, arranging meeting room.
- The Office Administrator will be expected to perform additional tasks.
Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in office administration / b2b administration
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Positive and flexible approach to work, with a solution-focused mindset.
- Experience using CRM or accounting software.
