Our system involves calculating the cost for all your current waste needs over the year and spreading this total over 12 equal monthly payments. It’s a seamless and easy-to-understand solution, ensuring that you can focus on your business while we take care of your waste management needs. In this guide, we’ll walk you through some example invoices, breaking down each component to help you better understand and navigate your billing statements with ease.

1- Invoice Number: A unique identifier for your invoice, aiding in tracking and reference.
2- Balance Due: The outstanding amount to be paid, reflects any pending charges.
3- Due Date: The deadline for payment to ensure timely processing and avoid late fees.
4-Waste Site Information: Details about the waste disposal site.
5- Waste Stream & Size Of Bin: Information on the type of waste and the bin size.
6- Schedule Uplift Per Week: Calculated by multiplying weekly pickups by 52 weeks, then dividing by 12 months for the monthly average.
7- Quantity: Amount based on the agreed-upon schedule for waste collection.
8- Amount: Â Total cost, exclusive of VAT.
9- Rate:Â Price per uplift, reflecting adjustments for multiple bins.
10- Excess Waste:Â Charge applied if the customer surpasses the allowed uplift limit, specified per kilogram.
 11- Days and kilos of excess waste: Specifics on the duration and quantity of excess waste, subject to additional charges.
12- Total Quantity of Kilos Per Month: Cumulative weight of waste collected monthly.
13- Rate of Excess waste: Clearly outlined in the contract and on our website for transparent billing.
14- Balance Due: The overall outstanding amount awaiting payment.
15- Notes:Â Reference information for any billing enquiries and where to direct them.
16- Payment: Typically processed via Direct Debit, with the option for immediate payment through a QR code or online portal.
17- Terms & Conditions: The governing rules and agreements, outline the mutual expectations between the service provider (easywaste) and the customer.
Annual Duty of Care & Delivery of Bins invoice

1- Duty of Care Duration: The valid period extends until reissuance.
2- Document Validity Date Range: The date range during which the document is valid.
3- Duty of Care Fee: Reflecting on the agreement and our site, this fee encompasses the charge for duty of care.
4- Bin Charge Delivery Process: Details the process and procedures involved in the delivery of bin charges.
5- Bin Specifications: Includes Bin Size, Waste Stream, and Delivery Date.
