Business Development Manager

The Opportunity:

At easywaste, our Business Development Managers play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our market share. They focus on selling comprehensive waste management solutions to new B2b clients across a wide range of SME and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for your designated area and will use all routes to market including strategic planning and management of your own territory.
Pipeline management – build sales pipeline, develop, and implement sales activity plans across the year.
Drive your entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sale.
Cold calling & Door stepping to generate new business.
Cultivate strong relationships with new clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Competencies:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a relevant role.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

To Succeed in this role:

Waste Management Sales / Business Development Manager Experience ideally brokerage experience.
Ability to bring business would be advantageous.
Proven track record in new business development, building your own pipeline and delivering new business opportunities
Working closely with operations to ensure quality of service and account retention.
Hold a full, clean, UK driving license.
