The Opportunity:

At easywaste, our Business Development Managers play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our market share. They focus on selling comprehensive waste management solutions to new B2b clients across a wide range of SME and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for your designated area and will use all routes to market including strategic planning and management of your own territory.
    • Pipeline management – build sales pipeline, develop, and implement sales activity plans across the year.
    • Drive your entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sale.
    • Cold calling & Door stepping to generate new business.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients and internal stakeholders.

    Key Competencies:

    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a relevant role.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
    • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

    To Succeed in this role:

      • Waste Management Sales / Business Development Manager Experience ideally brokerage experience.
      • Ability to bring business would be advantageous.
      • Proven track record in new business development, building your own pipeline and delivering new business opportunities
      • Working closely with operations to ensure quality of service and account retention.
      • Hold a full, clean, UK driving license.
